For nearly 15 years I have been working in IT in Dresden, Germany, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and operations. Today my role is Cloud Platform Architect, built on a broad background across Linux system administration, DevOps engineering, and network-related topics.
My main focus is Microsoft Azure and the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable Cloud platforms. Over the years I have supported many projects ranging from Azure landing zones and infrastructure as code with Terraform to Kubernetes platforms, application migration, and broader Cloud transformation initiatives. I enjoy turning complex requirements into structured platform solutions, combining architectural thinking with hands-on engineering and a solid operational foundation.
I still like working on the command line, but I prefer automating every manual step wherever possible. I work best in agile teams with a methodical approach, helping drive projects forward and supporting colleagues with my experience across Cloud, Linux, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering.
Work in teams is the top priority. Everyone often brings in their own experience, new experience is created together, and people continue to develop further in a constantly changing environment.
